ACIS recently hosted a professional webinar titled “Navigating the Complexities of Financial Assistance, Capital Reductions, and Share Buybacks” on 27 August 2026. The session explored key areas of corporate and financial practice, providing participants with an opportunity to further their understanding of these important topics.
