I was born into a family of business owners in India. The dinner table was my first business school. Customers, cash flow, risk, every single night. So the question was never if I would build my own business, only when. I treated my 15 years at the ATO and my time as a Principal at a top 10 firm as a long, paid apprenticeship. In 2025, I realised I now knew both sides of the table, the regulator’s and the taxpayer’s. My family taught me that when you hold an advantage like that, you back yourself. So I resigned and launched Saby+Partners.
